The rodeo was cool.. bull riding was the best event by far!? The fair that was suppose to be the biggest in the county.. we have bigger fairs than that by far! We got up early and got all moved in to the new place.. went to breakfast and was at the pool by noon! Had pizza delivery for dinner.. 32.50 for a pizza... but a once a year treat is worth hit! Monday is suppose to be a rainy day, high of 80.. planning on making penne with a vodka sauce for dinner tomorrow, no one wants to go out in the rain. I think Randy and Jackie are coming over for dinner... not sure yet. Actually not sure about anything at the moment.. hoping Kips mom makes it thru her hip surgery tomorrow.. and not completely ruling out a flight home.. hope it doesnt come to that!! ok its time to relax and eat a couple chocolate chip cookies that Jackie just made!!

So today is Saturday, its about 2:40. We spent the day at the pool, Dave and I went for our morning walk, then went to the pool about 10:30. Had to come in early today, so we could go check in over at Orbit One, then we are headed to the Osceola Fair for a few hours then the Silver Spurs Rodeo this evening. Yesterday was also a pool day, they had live music in the evening, so we hung out and listened to that and had dinner here at the Kenya Kafe. Sunday is moving day, since we dont have time to move today, (Dave and I are ready and could move,,, but others are not) tomorrow is another planned pool day, I think....

week 2

OK, OK I've been a super slacker these days! probably because there hasnt been alot going on, its been so stinkin cold! So there hasnt been much to tell. Yesterday, (Wednesday) we jumped in the truck and took a long ride. Ended up about 100 miles from Miami.. what did we see? Swamps, traffic, orange trees, Swamps, traffic, orange trees.. you get the idea! Had lunch at Sonneys bbq pit, went to the Floridas Natural visitors store, a couple fruit stands and just for a memory of home, watched some poor farmer trying to lay down plastic in his field in the wind. Today, we layed at the pool all day. I got so burned on my chest I had a ton of crap on too! Guess I should of been paying better attention to me instead of watching the bad bad karoke singers... went to Golden Corral for dinner.. yuck, but it was Dads pick.. tomorrow Dave chose to stay here and have dinner at the Tiki hut, its the fish fry..other than that, I'm not sure what other plans we have! see ya soon

Florida Day 3

So, we made it here.. interesting ride is all I'm saying! Monday was a shopping day, 2 fruit stands, grocery store and Walmart 2 times! dinner was at Ramanos Macaroni Grill on Monday, It was good.. Today we swam in the morning, now it has started raining. I made some macaroni salad for dinner tomorrow night.. not sure where we are headed tonight. Its Dads turn to pick for dinner.. so I'm going to say its a buffet night. Temps are suppose to ge cold this week... owell its still better than home!!!

Almost Time!!

Only about 2 weeks till its time to leave for vacation!! Almost couldnt go.. thank god for Heather!! Glad she agreed to keep Pher for us.. and glad Stacy and or Gary were willing to help out with rides from school!! WWOO HHOOO
